Location

Àse and Amaka is currently based in Willingboro, New Jersey.

Order Tracking 

Each order will have a unique USPS tracking number, which you should receive (via email) once your order is processed. Check the tracking number periodically to pinpoint when your order will be delivered.

Sizing Guide

Product sizing varies by style. If you have additional questions not addressed in the product descriptions for your desired item, please email aajayi@aseandamaka.com or use the live chat feature on the site.

Shipping

Shipping prices are generally based on carrier, product(s) weight, and distance. Shipping rates range from $3.50-$7.50.

 

All products are shipped via USPS.

 

Allow for up to 5 days after you order is processed to receive your package in the mail.

Pickup is available by selecting "pickup" at checkout. Processing for pickup takes 1-3 days. Pickup instructions will be provided via email.

Order Processing

Allow for 2-5 days for standard processing of your order, although orders are often processed quicker. Be sure to read product descriptions for applicable shipping dates.

Returns

Due to COVID-19, returns are not currently being accepted and exchanges are not allowed. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at aajayi@aseandamaka.com with details of the product and pictures of the defect.

Changes to Orders during Processing

Once your order is placed, you may request to change only the size of the clothing item. Such requests must be made by email (aajayi@aseandamaka.com), within 24 hours of your purchase and is subject to the availability of your newly desired size. This policy applies to clothes only.
